Associate Attorneys are expected to take significant responsibility in litigating their own docket of cases while at the same time honing their skills through mentorship by our award-winning attorneys.Accountable for
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Develop strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.
  • Take responsibility in being part of a litigation team representing clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.
  • Develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills while being mentored by more senior attorneys.
Qualifications
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Superior analytical and legal research skills.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate persuasively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
  • Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation
  • Compensation range based on experience: $140,000 - $275,000 plus performance based incentives
