Job SummaryPrimarily within the acute behavioral health inpatient unit, engage with patients, treatment team, and staff to address challenging behavior and develop/implement individualized behavior plans and interventions to enhance a child’s ability to function in their daily environment. Primary diagnoses may include Neurodevelopmental Disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Impulse Control Disorder and Psychotic DisorderEducationMaster’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldExperiencePreferred 2 years’ experience working with children diagnosed with developmental delay.Licensures, Certifications, and/or RegistriesCertification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Alabama at the start of employment
