  • Schedule: Flexible, On-call
  • Pay: $50-$55/hr
Clinical Skills Preferred for Clinical Supervisor (RN):
  • Strong assessment skills
  • Experience writing care plans
  • IEP review
  • Strong training and communication skills
  • Training of LPN/RN nurses
  • Experience with Seizure Disorders
  • Experience with Insulin Injections or Insulin Pumps
  • Experience with Developmental Disabilities
  • Experience with G-Tube feeding & medication
  • Experience with Respiratory Treatments
  • Tracheostomy and Vent Experience
  • Care for visually impaired patients
Clinical Supervisor (RN) Job Duties:
  • Conduct site visits at the school sites
  • Knowledge of case management concepts
  • Writing treatment plans
  • Be available for guidance and training to LPNs and RNs on their assignments (On-call)
  • Conduct in person skills assessments and training
  • Many of our clients are medically fragile children and require patience and compassion
  • Coordinate and check in with families we work with

Minimum Qualifications for Clinical Supervisor (RN):
  • Arizona State Nursing License
  • 2-3 years RN experience
  • Current CPR/BLS Card
  • Current Negative TB Result
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
