- Labware SME, AWS Cloud Operational experience, deploy Labware, configuration, Migration testing, validation, qualification.
- Business requirements optimization.
- Analyze and document customer requirements and business process.
- Configure the LabWare LIMS solution to meet the customer needs.
- DME (Digital method Execution), DLR experience.
- MODA, Biovia and Sitara experience is added advantage
- Assist with the validation and testing stages.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide direction to customers.
- Learn industry specific processes, requirements and operations; specialist through career progression.
- Proven LabWare LIMS experience.
- Knowing AWS, cloud modernization will be an added advantage
- Minimum 6+ years of Pharmaceutical industry experience and in laboratory systems.
- Knowledge transfer/upskilling of Labware 8 functionality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LabWare LIMS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance on system configuration, customization, and best practices.
- Configure and customize LabWare LIMS to meet specific laboratory workflows and compliance standards.
- Integrate laboratory instruments seamlessly with the LIMS system.
- Understanding of relational database and structured query language (SQL).
- Knowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.
- Technical skills including JIRA and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, time management and commitment to delivery.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
