- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule pest inspections with precision and efficiency.
- Confirm appointment times/dates with customers.
- Prepare and send billing information for completed work to clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Customer Service & Communication: Phone etiquette, active listening, conflict resolution, written and verbal communication
- Scheduling & Coordination: Appointment setting, route optimization, dispatch support, calendar management
- Administrative & Office: Data entry, billing, invoicing, recordkeeping, multitasking, attention to detail
- Technology Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM systems, scheduling software, PestPac (or similar pest-control management software)
- Industry Knowledge: Pest control service terminology, inspection scheduling, residential/commercial service awareness
- Problem-Solving & Teamwork: Prioritization, adaptability, technician support, collaboration across departments
- Compliance & Policies: Confidentiality standards, safety and regulatory awareness, EOE and drug-free workplace adherence
- $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience
