We are excited to welcome a new Machine Operator to join our Ozark, AL team. Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.Shift: 1st Shift (Monday through Friday)
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPay Range: $18-$21/hr, based on experienceThe Impact You'll Make:
  • Safety & Team Coordination:
  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
  • Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
  • Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
  • Machine Operations:
  • Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
  • Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
  • Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
  • Training & Cross-Training:
  • Participate in regular training sessions
  • Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities
Essential Experiences:
  • High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
  • Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
