OneSource Staffing is partnering with a trusted client to hire experienced Construction Finishers for high-quality building projects in the Snyder County area.This is a direct-hire opportunity offering steady hours, great pay, and a company that truly values work/life balance.*Longevity with prior employers is critical for serious consideration.* 3+ years preferredSchedule:

Day Shift | Monday–Friday
6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mandatory 50-hour workweek)

Pay Range:

Base Pay: $16.00 to $19.00/hr. (based on experience & position)
Perfect Attendance Bonus: + $2.50/hr. (paid weekly!)
Total Potential Earnings: $18.50 – $21.50/hr.

Open Positions (Experience Required):

Yard
Molding
Wrappers
Final Finish

Bring your own basic tools: hammer, tape measure, and tool beltRequirements:

Must pass a Measurement Test (1/16" scale) before interview
Must have commercial construction experience
Must pass a background check and drug screen (at no cost to you)
Must complete a Work Fitness Evaluation (post-interview)
Safety gear is provided onsite
