- Employee Liaison by advising employees with general employment-related questions and escalating complex issues to the Human Resource Manager.
- Review, verify and process all new hire paperwork for accuracy and completeness, including coordinating and verifying benefits enrollment information with candidates and examining and electronically verifying I-9's.
- Assist with the coordination of the onboarding, orientation, recruitment and offboarding process.
- Schedule and conduct new benefit orientations including processing of benefit paperwork ensuring accuracy and completeness including benefit maintenance (changes, etc) and assisting with annual benefit open enrollment.
- Conduct various audits to ensure compliance including time off, performance reviews received, wellness check completed, Medicare notices received, etc.
- Create and maintain employee security/recordkeeping badges.
- Assign and maintain employee locker numbers and combinations.
- Filing of all employee paperwork and maintenance of employee files.
- Assist employees with changes such as W-4, 401k allocations, Direct Deposit, address, etc.
- Work with Supervisors ensure all timesheets are accurate and ready for payroll processing.
- Assist employees in iSolved program and app programs ie: enrollment, maintenance, lock out, etc.
- Assist with planning employee and community events such as Christmas Party, Company Picnic, and Job Fairs.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources Manager as needed.
- Participate in all safety programs.

- Assist in maintaining a positive team environment and good working relationship by maintaining a positive attitude toward all Diamond team members, vendors, and customers.

- Responsible for other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
- Ability to work independently without immediate direction or oversight.

- Ability to handle highly sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Must be proficient in using a computer system and Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat.
- Associate degree in human resources, Accounting or related degree highly preferred.
- A minimum of two years of previous human resources experience required.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility preferred.
