Description :We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Applications Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role involves hands-on technical support to our enterprise applications and will serve as SharePoint Administrator for our organization. This role will provide Tier 2/3 support, lead SharePoint initiatives, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for business-critical applications including SharePoint, MyEvolv EHR, and financial platforms.
  • Support configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades across applications
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint environments (Online and On-Premises), including site collections, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
  • Lead architecture planning, governance, and lifecycle management for SharePoint and other supported platforms.
  • Implement automation using Power Automate, PowerShell, and other tools.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
  • Document solutions, SOPs, governance policies, and training materials.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in application support or systems analysis, with at least 2 years focused on SharePoint administration.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and content management.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and scripting tools (PowerShell, REST APIs).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
  • Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, and enterprise security protocols.
  • SQL proficiency is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of myEvolv, UKG, Office 365, or similar applications is a plus.
