Description :We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Applications Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role involves hands-on technical support to our enterprise applications and will serve as SharePoint Administrator for our organization. This role will provide Tier 2/3 support, lead SharePoint initiatives, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2/3 support for business-critical applications including SharePoint, MyEvolv EHR, and financial platforms.
Support configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades across applications
Administer and maintain SharePoint environments (Online and On-Premises), including site collections, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
Lead architecture planning, governance, and lifecycle management for SharePoint and other supported platforms.
Implement automation using Power Automate, PowerShell, and other tools.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
Document solutions, SOPs, governance policies, and training materials.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in application support or systems analysis, with at least 2 years focused on SharePoint administration.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and content management.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and scripting tools (PowerShell, REST APIs).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, and enterprise security protocols.
SQL proficiency is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of myEvolv, UKG, Office 365, or similar applications is a plus.
