- The overall architecture of mission capabilities, mission systems, and mission infrastructure.
- Ensuring that mission IT capabilities and supporting infrastructure align with the customer mission and effectively address emerging threats and analytical problems.
- Planning, strategy development, rationalization, and communication of an approved mission IT technical strategy.
- Ensuring that big data analytic requirements and TTPs from customer users, mission-partner, and deployed environments are identified to inform mission IT capabilities.
- Leading special technology projects and research activities
- Providing technical support to customer training missions, engagements, technical exchanges, product demonstrations, conferences, capability overviews, and briefings internally within the customer and externally to customer partners.
- Supporting meetings, delivering briefings, and providing demonstrations to Senior Executives and Flag Officers as required.
- Providing technical advice and engineering guidance for next generation planning efforts, including migration to or integration with other DoD or IC enterprise services, Government or commercial cloud environments.
- Support the customer with technical advice, technical meeting support, architecture reviews, planning, and documentation.

- Required experience:
- The customer requires that the Lead Solutions Architect has the following qualifications:
- DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Architects and Engineers (IASAE) Level III architecture or engineering certification (CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CCSP).
- Experience providing enterprise-level or cloud-based IT architecture-related services within the scope of this Task Order for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and/or JWICs environments.
- One cloud security (e.g., CompTIA, Cloud Security Alliance) or cloud-related technology certification (e.g., MS Azure, Amazon Web Services)
- Experience with planning and transition of on-premise IT systems to cloud environments and/or to hybrid operating environments.
- Experience providing executive-level technical briefings and presentations to senior Government personnel.
- Experience with FedRamp-approved Government cloud architectures.
- The customer desires that the Lead Solutions Architect has the qualifications listed below:
- Two or more cloud security (e.g., CompTIA, Cloud Security Alliance) and/or cloud-related technology certifications (e.g., MS Azure, Amazon Web Services)

- Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications.
- Demonstrated experience in DoD and/or IC environments.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively, independently, and in teams, ensuring timely completion of assignments and meeting established quality standards.

- Education – Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Clearance Level – TS/SCI
- Certifications Required - IASAE L3 (CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, or CCSP) and two (2) or more Cloud certifications
