If so, Milgard has an exciting opportunity for you to become a key player in our growing team!As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you’ll be the gatekeeper of our inventory systems—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability across raw materials and finished goods. You’ll lead month-end inventory processes and support receiving and inspection activities that keep our plant running smoothly.The role operates on day shift hours and compensation begins at $24.50 hourly.Responsibilities:🔍 What You’ll Do:
  • Perform daily plant walk-throughs to monitor inventory levels (packaged goods, materials, finished goods)
  • Conduct daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Run and report month-end inventory metrics
  • Maintain and update inventory databases
  • Receive raw materials and verify against packing slips; accurately code goods to proper accounts
  • Provide backup support for supplying materials to production lines and other departments
  • Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
Qualifications:🎓 What You Bring:
  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory/materials handling in a manufacturing setting
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with database software
  • Strong math skills, including basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted
  • Self-management and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit
