Job Posting Title: Coordinator - Contract & Casting AdminReq ID: 10127492Job Description:The Contract and Casting Administration Department for Disney Entertainment Television is seeking a Coordinator-Floater to support the Studios, Shared Services and Casting Administration teams and provide high-level administrative support for three team leaders. The teams handle all aspects of contact administration for television projects from development through production and exhibition. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, outstanding judgment, proactive thinking and the ability to work with a high level of detail, while interfacing with a variety of team members are essential. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills are required. A positive and professional demeanor under pressure are a must. Candidates should be prepared to collaborate across teams and cover additional duties as needed.Key Responsibilities:Organize and maintain schedules, create rosters, and manage calendars for 3 busy Contract and Casting Administration executivesManage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretionMaintain and distribute various charts and reports, including guild mandated memos, option tracking and rights dealsManage special administrative projects, including checking for accuracy, scanning and data entryPerform a variety of administrative duties and functions to support the team leaders and team membersPrepare and distribute notices to representatives and for internal distributionUpdate and distribute WGA/DGA/SAG-AFTRA rate chartsComplete & Return WGA Deal Info requestsUpdate and distribute contract admin deckDevelop proficiency in specialized Casting Administration applications and toolsImport payroll data from payroll companies into Casting Administration systemsAssist with preparing Word, Excel and Powerpoint presentations, agendas, reports and special projects as neededOversee general office processes such as ordering supplies as neededBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 2 - 4 years of assistant or administrative experience, preferably in televisionA strong understanding of business administration and contractual processesMust be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function in a high-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills with a professional and collaborative demeanorExcellent time management and multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to work autonomously and effectively within a team environmentAbility to track and organize a large volume of details, data, and tasksStrong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with NetDocs, AirTable, BLAST (Salesforce), SAP Concur and IDeA preferredThe hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,300.00 to $71,300.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
