Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, located in Charlottesville, VA, is hiring a Team Coordinator, Patient Access - Full TimeThe Team Coordinator for Patient Registration and/or Patient Financial Services is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of one or more areas. Supervises staff including coordinating quality and customer service activities; assisting in the development and monitoring of the department budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll processes; serving as a technical resource to team members; and performing work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor/assist staff. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff with the goal of developing highly effective work team.
