In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations.Due to scheduled working hours all applicants must be 18+. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments; it involves shifts at evenings and weekends.This role pays an hourly wage of $8 to $10, plus tips.Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.Responsibilities
  • As part of the suites team, set up, serve, and break down all suites.
  • Take suite guests’ orders in a timely manner
  • Accurately account for all payment transactions.
QualificationsKnowledge, skills, & experience:
  • Work independently when required using your own initiative.
  • Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Cocktail making skills and advanced Beverage knowledge.
  • Food & Bar service experience of a premium hospitality area in a stadium, events arena, festival environment or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment.
  • Knowledge of Manchester’s culture, people and F&B high end hospitality scene preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • At least 1 year of serving experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high stress, fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant and polite demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently with a variety of personalities.
  • Must be able to work flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to report to work by 4:00 PM Tuesday-Saturday, and 10am on Sundays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs., work on your feet, and put in a lot of steps.
