- 10+ years supervisory experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor
- Experience in supervising multiple subcontractors, superintendents, and foremen on multiple construction and repair projects
- The Occupational and Safety Health Administration (OSHA) Safety Course Certification, Red Cross First Aid; and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
- Army Corp of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification
- Must demonstrate a strong ability to:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields highly desired
- Project Oversight: Supervise and direct the activities of one or more superintendents; Visit all jobs on regular basis to observe and assess the productivity, quality, safety, scheduling procedures and report to the Project Management team as needed; Monitor Project Superintendent activities to ensure strict adherence to contract documents and company requirements; Monitor all job site operations for compliance with contract requirements for noise and dust control, non-interruption of Owner activities, and utility shutdown procedures; Maintain communications with Project Manager to ensure proper coordination of the project among the on-site office, job site operations and subcontractors/suppliers for the project; Participate in Pre-Construction activities as needed; Participate in Owner meetings.
- Subcontractor Management: Fill in for a superintendent as needed. As superintendent, supervise, coordinate, and schedule subcontractors and job site operations; Together with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, prepare agenda and hold job progress meetings with subcontractors to coordinate project progress with minutes distributed to all parties.
- Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of each project.
- Safety: Ensure compliance with Centennial’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines and procedures along with all local requirements (OSHA, USACE EM385.1.1, etc.)
- Responsible for driving between project sites that are often miles apart or miles from the assigned office location.
- Performance of the required job duties will be in an office environment along with visits to sites that are under construction which may include various weather conditions.
- This role will require ongoing travel to support projects in various locations in the United States.
