Facilities Supervisor

• Manage site services, including waste removal, cleaning, gardening and repairs.
• Inspect site, identify issues with equipment and manage repairs.
• Track all issues and incidents and report to site manager
• Follow all cGMP, and Safety requirements. Ensure compliance to Food Safety Activities by participating in internal and external Food Safety audits.
• Manage spending activities year to year to ensure budget is maintained to approved levels. Provide analysis on monthly spending for contract services, material usage and other costs
• Coordinate and support site events and meetings for equipment set up, vendor scheduling and other requirements.
• Back up reception desks.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail including delivery, sorting and applying postage
• Manage off site storage of equipment, furniture and other supplies
• Manage ordering of site wide supplies such as copy paper, bottled water and other items.
• Select and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure satisfactory standards of service.
• Maintain space allocation data including departmental assignments, office occupants, workstation occupants, conference room data

• Work together with Procurement IM&S with regards to purchasing posagel, uniforms, cleaning/gardening supplies, spare parts, new equipment. Research and recommend purchases to minimize costs and meet our needs

• Manage two receptionist positions
• Coordinate contractor activities such as Janitorial staff, landscapers, vector control, cafeteria staff and others as assigned

• BS/MD or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in facility services management
• Prior management experience with demonstrated ability to develop staff members.
• Fluent English.
• Computer literacy
