Location: Oak Creek, WI 53154We are hiring a full-time, permanent General Manager to lead an innovative and fast-growing custom robotics and automation solutions company. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, technical expertise, and a business-driven mindset to drive growth and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for all company operations including engineering, production, sales, and customer supportDrive business growth by developing and executing strategic plans for custom automation solutionsLead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementManage capacity planning, resource allocation, and P&L to ensure operational excellence and profitabilityBuild and maintain strong customer relationships, including supporting proposals and strategic pricingRepresent the company at select trade shows and key customer sites with limited travel requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)Minimum 4 years of leadership and management experienceMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience with custom automation projectsExperience integrating industrial robots such as FANUC, Kuka, or ABBProven track record of managing technical projects and cross-functional teamsMust reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Oak Creek, WIMust be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holderAdditional DetailsPay range: $175,000 - $200,000 per year depending on experienceStandard business hours with flexibility as neededOnsite only, no remote work optionsFull-time, permanent W-2 positionComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)No relocation provided
