  • Drive culture and adoption of MBSE throughout the organization by promoting the use of MBSE and providing training and support to the team
  • Develop standard work and business operating procedures related to MBSE and system architecture deployment
  • Create formal processes for applying MBSE within the program
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working closely with various engineering disciplines and departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated system design and digital environment
  • Integrate Model-based Systems Engineering Principles and Requirements into digital environments across the enterprise
  • Develop and manage system architectures, interfaces, and requirements using MBSE tools
  • Create models using languages like SysML to represent the system's structure, behavior, and various functional and nonfunctional requirements
  • Communicate complex engineering technical information to team members of various backgrounds and disciplines
  • Help establish and maintain the Technical Baseline for a Command and Control (C2), and Research, Development, and Test (RDT) Operations Center
  • Other duties as assigned
RequirementsEducation/Training:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or technical discipline required
Experience:
  • 5+ years of systems engineering experience
  • Experience must include knowledge of modeling languages (e.g. SySML, UML)
  • Experience using model-based SE tools (DOORs, Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.)
Security:
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
  • Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
  • Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $130,000 - 145,000Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
