- Drive culture and adoption of MBSE throughout the organization by promoting the use of MBSE and providing training and support to the team
- Develop standard work and business operating procedures related to MBSE and system architecture deployment
- Create formal processes for applying MBSE within the program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working closely with various engineering disciplines and departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated system design and digital environment
- Integrate Model-based Systems Engineering Principles and Requirements into digital environments across the enterprise
- Develop and manage system architectures, interfaces, and requirements using MBSE tools
- Create models using languages like SysML to represent the system's structure, behavior, and various functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Communicate complex engineering technical information to team members of various backgrounds and disciplines
- Help establish and maintain the Technical Baseline for a Command and Control (C2), and Research, Development, and Test (RDT) Operations Center
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or technical discipline required
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience
- Experience must include knowledge of modeling languages (e.g. SySML, UML)
- Experience using model-based SE tools (DOORs, Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.)
- Must be a US citizen
- Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
