- Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship
- Majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Informatics, Math/Statistics, Physics, Econometrics, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
- Completion of sophomore year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2026
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
- Knowledge or interest in automotive industry and digital trends
- Knowledge or experience in agile working methods
- Working experience solving complex problems
