  • Create and update detailed project schedules for large-scale electrical construction projects, incorporating activities, milestones, approvals, and procurement items.
  • Develop resource-loaded schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, analyze delays and impacts, and provide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders
  • Prepare and analyze reports, including time impact analyses, to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Work directly with the Project Manager on scheduling activities and strategies for large projects.
  • Coordinate with engineers, procurement staff, and subcontractors to support successful schedule implementation.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing insights on schedule health and contributing to problem-solving efforts.
  • Serve in an administrative role to support project scheduling processes, documentation, and communication.
  • Maintain scheduling documentation and assist in compliance with company and client reporting requirements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing scheduling best practices and process controls.
  • Assist project managers in reporting cost and schedule completion forecast
  • Collect data from projects and produce performance metrics reports
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members on scheduling software and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on a team and build working relationships within all levels of the organization
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office
Education and Experience:
  • Must be fluent in Primavera P6
  • 2-5 years of Electrical Construction scheduling experience is required
  • Experience with large-scale electrical construction projects is preferred
