Bestlogic Staffing is currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator for our client in East Granby, CT. This is a full-time position on the 2nd shift, with opportunities for overtime and advancement within the company.As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. You will work with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics, and use various tools such as drills, lathes, and grinders.Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to work orders and blueprints- Load materials onto machines and adjust machine settings to ensure proper cuts and finishes- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standards- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environmentQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC milling machines- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings- Strong knowledge of machining tools and equipment- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances- Good communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to work overtime as neededIf you are a skilled CNC Mill Operator looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you!
