- Pitching and negotiating service agreements with key stakeholders for potential clients
- Understanding client hiring needs, the goals of the company, and necessary skills and experience
- Headhunting mid to senior level candidates within your assigned niche and territory
- Cold calling active and passive candidates to maintain a pipeline, network, and understand long-term career goals
- Posting job adverts, calling applicants, and pitching the job opportunity to candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, supporting both parties throughout the process
- Negotiate and deliver the offer to the candidate
- Post Placement Care: Keep in touch with the client and the candidate after their start date to ensure a smooth transition and ensure a long-term fit
