Delaware Nation Industries is supporting a program with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA). We provide enterprise management and technical support of the NSWCDD DNA NMCI, RDT&E and command telephony support.DNI is hiring a Telephony/Mobility support specialist to support our customer at NAVSEA Dam Neck. Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to, management and deployment of mobile technology, troubleshooting, vendor engagement and inventory. Additionally assisting in the management and deployment of LAN telephony services to include assist local NCTAMS support teams in management of desk phone, end user deployments and assistance. The selected applicant will work as part of an integrated team including system administrators, NCMI end user support staff and other personnel on site.· Assist local NCTAMS support teams in management of physical LAN line services and end user deployment of phone cabling, hardware, voicemail and other LAN related services· Install and configure hardware and software components as necessary in support of the Division Branch head· Upgrade mobility systems to enable compatible software and ensure seamless device deployments when needed· Manage and report on all activities, data calls and other site requirements related to landline and mobility services or devices· Perform application tests on new hardware and software to ensure mobility functionality performs as expected· Keep management appropriately informed of progress or issues and be able to provide solutions· Engage with Vendor service providers to manage and deploy mobile, audio and video equipment· Deploy mobile devices using Intune and Purebred to ensure individual and regulatory requirements are met· Assign mobility devices such as iPhones, iPads, and MiFis to end user community· Work alongside NCTAMS to troubleshoot landlines, Voicemail services and deploy physical phone devices· Provide full end user support related to telephony services such as voicemail services, desk phone issues, landlines, etc.Preferred Knowledge with:· NCTAMS engagement experience· Verizon Gov. Mobility Services experience· Apple Hardware/Software Products· Verizon MIFI equipment· DISA Purebred Agent· Cisco WebEx SoftwareRequirements· DoD Secret Security Clearance· 3+ Years of IT Experience with focus on telephony/mobility management· Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create complex technical reports on analytic findings· Cyber Security Workforce level IAT II Security+ CEBenefits
