West Sound Workforce is assisting a nonprofit, community-based transportation provider in sourcing part-time Customer Service Representatives for their Bremerton call center. This organization is a respected leader in accessible transportation, coordinating vital services for nine counties across Western Washington. Their work ensures that elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and others in need have access to safe, timely non-emergency medical transportation.Reporting to the supervising team, this position is responsible for fielding inbound calls to schedule, adjust, or cancel transportation services for eligible Medicaid recipients. This is not a sales role; instead, it’s an opportunity to provide meaningful support in a calm, focused, and mission-driven environment.   • Part-time, Monday–Friday
  • 4-hour shifts scheduled between 8 AM – 5 PM
What you will do as a Customer Service Representative:
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
  • Ask clarifying questions to determine transportation needs
  • Accurately input trip details into a scheduling database
  • Provide callers with clear, correct information
  • Maintain composure and problem-solve under pressure
What we are looking for:
  • Prior customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
  • Clear verbal communication and strong listening skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; confidentiality a must
