
Customer Service Representative

- 4-hour shifts scheduled between 8 AM – 5 PM
- Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
- Ask clarifying questions to determine transportation needs
- Accurately input trip details into a scheduling database
- Provide callers with clear, correct information
- Maintain composure and problem-solve under pressure
- Prior customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Clear verbal communication and strong listening skills
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; confidentiality a must
