- Process Review, Design, and Functional Configuration: Support the Workstream Lead in reviewing future state business processes and designing new business process workflows as required. Create functional designs, perform module configuration, and assist in identifying, solutioning, and prioritizing gaps that will be addressed through customizations or process workarounds.
- Requirements Management and Testing: Assist in defining, reviewing, prioritizing, and maintaining business requirements. Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for testing purposes. Test the system and resolve differences between expected and actual results.
- Documentation and Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, functional designs, and testing results. Ensure that all testing activities adhere to quality standards and best practices.
- Project Specialist: Help the team plan, track, and delivery key project activities.
- Use Microsoft Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project to track tasks, deliverables, risks, issues, and deployment activities.
- Prepare clear reports and updates that show progress, highlight risks, and support decision-making.
- Ensure that all team members understand how to use project tools effectively, providing guidance and practical support when needed.
- Maintain the RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and keep information accurate and up to date.
- Support deployment planning and execution by tracking readiness checklists, work items, and follow-up actions.
- Work closely with global team members across multiple time zones, coordinating activities and sharing updates.
- Supporting the Workstream Lead and other Workstream Analysts in reviewing and designing future-state business processes that align with the Church's goals and requirements.
- Navigating complex system configurations while aligning with business requirements.
- Supporting system testing and ensuring that all functional designs and configurations are properly validated.
- Acting as the “go between” for the Project Management Office (PMO), the deployment team, and the functional workstream to which you are assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, project management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, coordination, or specialist role (preferably within ERP, finance, or technology programs).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project (or similar project management tools).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project (or similar project management tools).
- Certification in project management.
- Certification in, or experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with organization and system change management principles and practices.
