- Lead efforts in analysis of cross-platform interactions between linear TV, streaming, and social media to assess their impact on potential outcomes for Versant’s cable network brands.
- Create content performance analyses, address ad hoc requests, and actively contribute to meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions.
- Synthesize analytical results, identify key insights, formulate initial hypotheses, and suggest the next steps for investigation.
- Oversee research planning and execution, including vendor coordination and results reporting.
- Collaborate with internal consumer insights teams on the design of bespoke survey questionnaires to glean insights not available from existing third-party data providers.
- Assist in refining and strengthening the analytical frameworks used to evaluate critical strategic questions within our content portfolio.
- Foster collaborative relationships with peers to facilitate information sharing and enhance operational processes.
- Stay well-informed on media industry trends and competitive developments.
- Conduct competitive analysis to monitor industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices across media platforms, helping the company stay ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (4+ years) in cross-platform analytics, preferably within the entertainment, media, or digital content industry.
- Capable project manager, able to oversee projects from inception to completion, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to stakeholders and department leadership.
- A collaborative and diplomatic approach, combined with the confidence to advocate for data-driven positions in discussions surrounding content selection.
- Strong analytical background in audience segmentation using Nielsen and/or Comscore required
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting and expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports.

- Knowledge of data modeling and advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning.
- Background in marketing analytics, user acquisition, campaign measurement and optimization.
- Understanding of entertainment industry trends and how they affect consumer behavior across multiple platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong decision-making skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
