
Field Technician III - Senior Lead Installer

- Lead all on -site installation activities for large-scale or complex projects
- Manage work delegation, scheduling, and site safety for teams of 2-6 technicians
- Perform advanced terminations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system commissioning
- Communicate with Project Managers, Inspectors, and Clients to ensure smooth execution
- Complete redline markups and prepare as-built documentation
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer, company, and code standards
- 5+ years of low-voltage installation experience including intrusion, access control, and CCTV system(s)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-person crews
- Strong troubleshooting, commissioning, and leadership skills in accordance with Elect Technologies Leadership Culture
- Holds multiple certifications (e.g., NICET, BICSI, or Manufacture)
