We are a high-volume real estate investment company with over 10 years of success and 500+ deals closed and we are looking for a driven, coachable closer to join our in-office sales team in Kennett Square, PA. This is NOT cold calling. We invest heavily in marketing and lead generation, and our junior follow-up team warms up your leads before they ever hit your desk. Your role is to: • Build rapport with homeowners • Identify their motivation to sell • Negotiate win-win offers that get deals done Well train you in our proven, repeatable sales system that has helped us close hundreds of transactions.
