Responsibilities:As an Assistant Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing installation schedules, supporting crews, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring jobs run smoothly from start to finish. This is a dynamic, boots-on-the-ground position that offers a mix of office coordination, field training, and team leadership.Assist in scheduling installations and measurement appointmentsUpdate customer records and job notes in Lead Perfection (CRM)Coordinate crews and confirm materials are prepared for each jobWork with crews during loading to review scope and job expectationsHelp supervise warehouse staff and day-to-day warehouse operationsAssist in reviewing and approving labor bills to ensure accuracy and fairnessTrigger and monitor jobs in the system to ensure timely executionCollaborate with manufacturing on job flow and resolve production issuesVisit job sites and provide hands-on training to installers when neededAssist in holding meetings with installation crews to share updates and expectationsSupport Accounts Receivable collection and help lead AR meetings Qualifications:What We’re Looking For:4+ years of experience in construction or window and door installationHands-on field experience installing windows and doors strongly preferredAbility to lift over 50 lbs and perform physical work as neededStrong organizational and communication skillsProficient with computers and job management systemsClean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screenA team player who can adapt to changing priorities and solve problems quicklyWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceFull benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)A team-oriented work environment with strong leadership supportCareer growth opportunities within a fast-growing companyOngoing training and developmentStability and purpose — your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and project success About Us:Our benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
