🛡️ Keep it safe. Champion health & safety standards and encourage your team to do the same.🛠️ Health & Safety Duties:🚨 Act as a Fire Marshal and First Aider when needed.
🧼 Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and team members.
📝 Log all incidents accurately and ensure compliance with safety regulations.🎈 Training & Development:📚 Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
📋 Help track training completion and sign-offs to keep the team empowered and informed.✅ What You’ll Need:🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required.
💼 Previous guest service or hospitality experience is a must.
🧸 A love for entertaining children and families in a fun, energetic environment.
🗣️ Strong communication skills and the ability to train, guide, and lead others.
