Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for low voltage power electronics to both validate the system-level performance of electrical architecture, and stress the system to reveal any design weaknesses Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to establish robust testing strategies and align specific pass/fail criteria Support systems integration efforts to bring up and debug various electrical test assets such as bucks, labcars, and prototype vehicles Build and grow the electrical test lab, ensuring accurate data from all relevant test cases can be captured, analyzed, and distributed accordingly Provide technical guidance to cross-functional team members and share testing knowledge and best practices Support prototype development and adapt to rapid design concept iteration, collecting and distributing critical data points to hardware and software engineering teams Experience and working knowledge of systems development, vehicle architecture, software/hardware tool development, functional safety, network and diagnostics process Master's Degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fields Experience with data collection systems and electronic lab equipment Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills Experience in leading product development from concept to deployment Strong written and verbal communication skills An eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment where you are part of a high performing team A systems approach to design and development with the desire and curiosity to strive for exceptional delivery execution and continuous improvement
