MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Integrator to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is an onsite position.Join the Navy's Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) program and contribute to the evolution of warfighter readiness. We provide critical engineering and technical expertise for the U.S. Navy's premier Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training capability. Our work involves seamlessly integrating live training with synthetic systems to create highly realistic and complex global training environments. We also drive the development of advanced representations for joint, theater, and national systems, and model new weapons technologies and emerging threats, ensuring our forces are prepared for any challenge.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Participate in and/or lead, the planning of integration projectsDesign, develop, and deploy integration solutions within the organization’s architectural principles, policies, and guidelinesProvide integration environment technical knowledge and experience during the planning, execution, and management of integrating new applications into the existing application environmentProvide integration environment technical knowledge and experience during the planning, execution, and management of integrating new application integration technologies into the existing environmentIdentify and resolve system integration issuesAssist with problem determination and resolution efforts when operational issues with integration solutions ariseDevelop standards, processes, and document to support and facilitate integration projects and initiativesResearch and make recommendations on integration products and servicesDevelop an understanding of existing and new administrative software systemsImplement audit, logging, and monitoring solutions of integration systemsAssist with identifying opportunities to enhance or improve business processes via integration, or, as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processesAssess existing workflow and procedures to identify and remedy source of downstream data inconsistenciesMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma and 6+ years of direct experience in enterprise-level application integrationProven technical project management experienceExperience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mappingTechnically fluent in at least one programming languageDirect, hands-on experience with automated integration tools, including Microsoft SQL Data Transformation Services, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, PowerShell, Transact SQLExtensive knowledge of relational database design and management techniques, especially with Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and RESTExperience with LinuxMust possess current SEC+ CertificationPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field. 3 years of relevant work experience as a Systems Integrator within a U.S. Government environment, DoD strongly preferred.Experience and working knowledge of JBUS, and JSAFProven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.Linux+ CertificationActive TS with SCI eligibilityClearance Requirements:Active Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCIPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
