Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer to join a DoD program supporting the USMC located in Quantico, VA. The Network Engineer will support our enterprise infrastructure. This role is on-site supporting a 3 year program.Responsibilities for the Network Storage Engineer include:
  • Oversee and monitor the SAN environment and backups and provide senior level expertise with regards to remediating and documenting incidents
  • Utilize Remedy and ensure incidents are responded to and resolved in a timely manner by monitoring the work order queue
  • Assist with troubleshooting storage issues, analyzing user requirements, ensuring compliance, and monitoring storage capacity
  • Provide senior level leadership and expertise to more junior individuals on the team
Required Qualifications for the Network Storage Engineer include:
  • 5+ years of experience with Information Technology
  • Experience with Network troubleshooting, design, and advanced solutions
  • IAT II Certification
  • Must have ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
Compensation for the Network Storage Engineer include:
  • Salary Range: $80,000-105,000 **depending on experience**
