- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Management, preferably in the trucking industry.
- Proven track record of departmental improvement and achieving operational targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
