- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned applications throughout their lifecycle.
- Maintain application roadmaps and ensure alignment with business priorities and IT strategy.
- Oversee upgrades, patches, and releases to ensure system stability and functionality.
- Partner with functional teams to understand needs, document requirements, and recommend improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with technical teams for implementation.
- Manage the backlog of application enhancement requests and prioritize based on business impact.
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements within applications.
- Ensure application configurations and customizations adhere to best practices and are well-documented.
- Lead small to mid-sized application-related projects including testing, training, and deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Support end-user training, adoption, and communication during rollouts and changes.
- Ensure documentation and support materials are current and accessible.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM, or E-Commerce platforms).
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in areas like operations, sales, or finance.
- Experience with software configuration, testing, and change management.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in retail is a plus.
