Check your Zone before applying.Role DescriptionThe Marketing Operations, Campaign Production Lead will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and scalable execution for global marketing campaigns. This individual will lead the Campaign Operations team and manage agency partners to ensure flawless campaign delivery across Marketo and Salesforce, with a emphasis on B2B initiatives.Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations, Campaign Production Lead will sit at the core of the marketing engine, translating strategic plans into execution by partnering closely with Lifecycle, Field, Channel, Paid Media, and other cross-functional teams. They will own the processes and team that will bring marketing campaigns to life.Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of campaign specialists and agency partners responsible for end-to-end campaign execution (build, QA, launch, reporting)
  • Process Design: Create and optimize campaign workflows, intake processes, QA checklists, and documentation to drive consistency, scalability, and quality
  • Campaign Execution Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate execution of global email and multi-channel campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Quality & Compliance: Uphold data privacy and email compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) across all campaigns
  • Vendor Management: Own agency relationships and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery, clear SLAs, and high-quality work
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and operational metrics to inform decision-making and improve results
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across marketing and sales to align on campaign strategy, timelines, and outcomes
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion operational efficiency, experimentation, and best practices in campaign execution
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, including at least 2 years leading a Campaign Operations or Marketing Operations team
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Marketo is essential. This is a SME role that requires the ability to coach and mentor both team members and cross-functional partners on system usage and best practices
  • Experience with project management and resource planning tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Proven track record of using data to drive decisions and continuously optimize campaign performance and conversion rates
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and translate business goals into actionable execution plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong understanding of database structure, marketing analytics, and campaign attribution models
  • Experience managing agency partners with significant budgets and responsibility for high-impact deliverables

All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation.
