- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of campaign specialists and agency partners responsible for end-to-end campaign execution (build, QA, launch, reporting)
- Process Design: Create and optimize campaign workflows, intake processes, QA checklists, and documentation to drive consistency, scalability, and quality
- Campaign Execution Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate execution of global email and multi-channel campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce
- Quality & Compliance: Uphold data privacy and email compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) across all campaigns
- Vendor Management: Own agency relationships and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery, clear SLAs, and high-quality work
- Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and operational metrics to inform decision-making and improve results
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across marketing and sales to align on campaign strategy, timelines, and outcomes
- Continuous Improvement: Champion operational efficiency, experimentation, and best practices in campaign execution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, including at least 2 years leading a Campaign Operations or Marketing Operations team
- Extensive hands-on experience with Marketo is essential. This is a SME role that requires the ability to coach and mentor both team members and cross-functional partners on system usage and best practices
- Experience with project management and resource planning tools (e.g., Jira)
- Proven track record of using data to drive decisions and continuously optimize campaign performance and conversion rates
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and translate business goals into actionable execution plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of database structure, marketing analytics, and campaign attribution models
- Experience managing agency partners with significant budgets and responsibility for high-impact deliverables
