
GTM Enablement Program Manager

- Manage and execute global enablement programs aligned to key business initiatives (e.g., onboarding, product launches, sales methodology rollouts).
- Support regional program deployment across GTM roles to ensure consistency in field experience and alignment to role expectations.
- Lead coordination of leadership coaching programs and sales manager enablement initiatives.
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator and power user of platforms including:
- Skillibrium (coaching & performance)
- Showpad (content delivery, pitch practice)
- Spekit (in-app learning & process enablement)
- SalesLoft (rep engagement & sales workflows)
- Ensure platforms are maintained, aligned to GTM workflows, and fully utilized by field teams.
- Support rollout and adoption of methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Command of the Message.
- Maintain methodology-related assets across platforms and ensure consistent use in coaching, content, and in-field execution.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track:
- Coaching participation and effectiveness
- Program adoption and certification rates
- Sales activity metrics (e.g., call volume, lead conversion, deal progression)
- Collaborate with RevOps to produce monthly and quarterly reporting for Enablement, Sales, and Executive teams.
- Use data to identify trends, inform program design, and support performance optimization.
- Act as a liaison across Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and L&D to align enablement content, tooling, and delivery.
- Bachelor's degree required; certifications in enablement, project management, or instructional design are a plus.
- 6 years of experience in GTM enablement, program management, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with enablement platforms (Skillibrium, Showpad, Spekit, SalesLoft).
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.) and how to scale them across teams.
- Advanced reporting skills, including dashboard creation and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and RevOps tools preferred.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
