You’ll lead the teams that deliver energy, service, and excellence across our most active and visible spaces—Kids Programming, Childcare, Personal Training, Tennis, and Aquatics. Your role is to ensure that every touchpoint—from a child’s first swim lesson to a guest’s first visit—is seamless, safe, and memorable.You’ll coach department leaders, ensure program and service excellence, solve daily challenges, and lead the kind of high-performance culture that builds loyalty and community.
