- Processing new claims into the PRG web-based OPD Database by OPD Field Investigators.
- Quality Control of new claims into the PRG web-based OPD Database by OPD Field Investigators
- Creation of letter and invoice and development of claims support package using the information provided by market Field Investigators.
- Verify contact information, email, fax, or mail the claims support to the adverse party.
- Learn the functionality of the company's claims database tool, and enter all notes and documentation within the tool throughout the claims invoicing process.
- Thoroughly read through, understand, and process any notes or changes within a claim.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the entire PRG claims process and contact list for damaging parties
- Work with the Claims Lead for higher-level action items, especially as it pertains to corresponding with Field Investigation Managers and the Recovery Team.
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss team goals, update the invoicing process, and share ideas/best practices.
- Identify opportunities for maximized growth and improvement in the client's internal systems and processes.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe, as well as an ability to navigate a variety of operational tasks on a computer.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- 3-5 years of data entry or claims administrative experience preferred
- Exceptional writing & communication skills, with a heavy focus on data entry, analysis, and light proof-reading.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, cable industry, and/or utility locate industry helpful.
- $20 - $23 /hr with the ability to earn an annual bonus.
