The Information Security Analyst – Cyber Security analyst will be supporting the government at Carlisle Barracks, PA.Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) classified and unclassified communication systems following the DoD Cyber security Policy requirements set forth in DoDI 8500.01, "Cyber security," and DoDI 8510.01, "Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology (IT)."
  • Ensure information systems are configured in accordance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), applicable patches and other cyber security requirements.
  • Examples of supported requirements include documentation and system authorization artifacts (e.g., System Security Plans, lifecycle documentation, continuous monitoring plans, Security Assessment Plans, Security Assessment Reporting, Risk Assessment), DoD security hardening, collection, and assessment tools (e.g., STIGs, ACAS SCAP, Nessus), security architectures, firewalls and network access.
  • 100% on site position.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experienceQualifications: Bachelor's degree in cyber security or related fieldCertifications: Must maintain IAT Level I (A+ Net+) certification highly prefer Level II (Like CompTIA Security+)Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an Active United States Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.Applicants for U.S. based positions with MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
