
Associate Web Application Developer (Full Stack) - Sierra Vista, AZ

- Perform full-stack development: design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement robust web applications using technologies such as C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and project team members to define and execute website concepts, user interface design, and overall site architecture.
- Deploy and maintain applications on IIS web and application servers.
- Research, test, and integrate new tools, frameworks, and products based on production and client requirements.
- Apply strong instincts for intuitive navigation, usability, and site design to deliver user-friendly applications.
- Document technical issues and resolutions within ticketing and knowledge management systems.
- Utilize GIT or other source control tools to manage version control and ensure code quality.
- Participate in code reviews, peer collaboration, and adherence to organizational best practices.
- Support on-call duties as required.
- HS diploma + 2-4 years of relevant experience, OR
- AA/AS degree + 2 years of experience, OR
- BA/BS degree + 2 years of experience.
- Security+ (or equivalent IAT II certification) required prior to start.
- Ability to obtain one of the following within 180 days of hire:
- CIW JavaScript Specialist
- CIW Database Design Specialist
- CIW Web Development Professional
- CIW Site Development Associate
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (interim required prior to start).
- Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
- Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.
- Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
