- Lead the evolution of HR analytics from operational reporting (Power BI dashboards) to strategic people analytics that drive organizational insight and targeted talent interventions.
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with HR leaders and business stakeholders,bridging the gap between technical analytics and human-centered strategy.
- Apply advanced research methodologies, including experimental design, survey development, and statistical modeling, to uncover drivers of employee behavior, performance, and engagement.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of technical experts (data analysts, BI developers, and automation specialists), fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to integrate and interpret data across systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, LMS, Payroll, Timekeeping, etc).
- Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational design.
- Champion ethical data use, privacy, and governance in all people analytics initiatives.
- Serve as a thought leader in the HR Service Center, promoting a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or workforce strategy.
- Background in behavioral science or organizational psychology.
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, M), SQL, and statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
- Strong understanding of HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP) and data structures.
- Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills.
- Experience identifying improvements in processes and enhancing the efficiency of reporting functionality and delivery.
- Experience leading and developing small teams.
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore (HQ) office.
- Work Schedule: Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.
