Our System Specialist must have knowledge of the following: Operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Exchange Server, Computer hardware such as hard drives, memory, video cards, Hewlett Packard LaserJet printers along with Microsoft Active Directory including account management, mailbox creation. The applicant must have excellent customer service skills and be a team player.
