Independent Living CommunityWe are seeking a Housekeeper who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!The Hartford, located in Worthington, OH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our senior residents. We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and respectful of the needs of older adults.Key Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areasDusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaningClean bathrooms and kitchens according to health standardsChange bed linens and assist with laundryTrash removal from the building to the dumpstersMaintain housekeeping supply areas and report inventory needsCommunicate respectfully and kindly with residents and staffRequirements:Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a residential or healthcare settingStrong work ethic and attention to detailPatience, reliability, and a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and follow safety protocolsComfortable working around seniors and in a team settingMust pass background check and health screeningPreferred Qualifications:Experience in senior living or long-term care communitiesFamiliarity with infection control practicesHigh School Diploma or GED1-2 years related experienceWant to know more?
