What you will be doing:
  • Manage the installation operations of the company
  • Scheduling and dispatch of the crews
  • Clear and concise communications with company customers
  • Keeping customers appraised as to the company schedule and requested lead-time
  • Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers.
Qualifications / Skills:
  • 3+ years of residential installation experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
