- Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of GBS Divisions, products and services by reading brochures and education materials and attending company events and training.
- Promote GBS products and services through all facets of marketing/business development, promotions, mass mailings, campaigns and content creation.
- Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies and plans.
- Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, which includes creating and managing campaigns, emails, landing pages, forms, etc. Additionally, create and optimize forms and landing pages to increase inbound submissions.
- General understanding of HubSpot CRM and how it relates to sales and marketing activity.
- Knowledge of how to build automated workflow responses for emails and drip campaigns in HubSpot.
- Design high-quality content for websites, emails, landing pages, sales aids and social media sites utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Create and implement branding guidelines to support the launch of new solutions and the development of websites/microsites.
- Assist in maintaining content and images for the GBS Corporate site and associated microsites.
- Support the development of brochures, product slicks, success stories, case studies, white papers, web content, and other materials, including creating and editing videos to advance marketing initiatives.
- Conduct marketing research on competitors and competitor's products/services as needed.
- Assist with the creation and production of GBS Newsletters.
- Assist with preparation and execution of sales events (tradeshows, corporate sales meeting, events, etc.)
- Assist with Sales or BD on individual requests as appropriate.
- Manage marketing analytics from all campaigns, including click-through rates, open rates, conversions and bounce rates. Include campaign timelines and results.
- Timely completion of monthly reports (HubSpot activity).
- Perform other duties as assigned and/or assume additional responsibilities as required.
- Experience in graphic design, especially Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) to build marketing content for Business Units and Verticals as requested.
- Experience with a Marketing Automation Tool (preferably HubSpot)
- Effective verbal/written communication skills. Ability to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with colleagues, customers, partners, etc.
- Good organizational skills and follow-through.
- Strong knowledge of GBS, including its history, internal operations and product offerings
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS products.

- Bachelor's degree preferred
