- The APM will be assisting the project manager with daily tasks, including cost control, estimates, job walks, and general management of each project from beginning to end.
- Originate and maintain the preconstruction permitting process.
- Coordinate travel and lodging for Electrical Project Manager and Crew.
- Compose Project Change Orders and issue purchase orders.
- Assist with the submittal of Contractor Pay Applications.
- Regular and consistent professional communication with Electrical Project Manager and contractors.
- Aid in project schedules to complete on time and within budget.
- Material acquisitions and manage logistics of materials.
- Organizational Savvy: Sensitive to how people and organization’s function. Anticipates challenges and plans approach accordingly. Navigates organizational politics to get things done and recognizes who holds power and influence.

- Optimizes Work Processes: Identifies, develops, and improves processes to ensure efficient workflow. Works to streamline operations and remove bottlenecks, applying continuous improvement techniques across project activities.
- High School Diploma required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Also, highly proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel. Accubid & PlanGrid knowledge also preferred.
- 3 years of experience managing multiple projects in Electrical Construction.
- Have high level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
