- Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver data center designs within schedule and cost constraints
- Oversee the complete equipment qualification process, ensuring alignment across various teams and adherence to technical, operational, safety, quality, reliability, and business requirements on a global scale
- Develop and sustain a scalable mechanism to seamlessly integrate diverse teams and ensure that all power and cooling equipment undergo the required qualification tests
- Collaborate with architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines, as well as material suppliers, to deliver high-quality designs that support favorable business outcomes
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, operations teams, and external consultants
- Drive innovation in design and construction processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Create and maintain global best practice documentation
- Oversee project metrics related to schedule, cost, and quality
- Travel for site assessments, internal design meetings, construction review, and interfacing with design consultants. Anticipated travel not to exceed 25%. International travel may be needed.

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,800/year in our highest geographic market.
