
Quality Analyst & Expeditor

Will perform various activities in support of the Quality Management System & Facility Operations.Primary Responsibilities:
Recording, summarizing, analyzing data and reporting.
Provide leadership in implementing QMS & Objectives as required by the Quality Manager. Develop and implement project quality plans and procedures.
Initiate training for quality staff while maintain training records and materials.
Maintain quality schedules for ongoing projects.
Assign tasks and QC staff to boost productivity and prevent delays that can affect delivery.
Manage and collaborate to maintain and achieve certifications.
Assist with company-wide ISO 9001 management and certifications.
Monitor, collect and report on performance metrics.
Development, monitor, and manage quality data (KPI’s) and related procedures.
Resolutions of problems and delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
Ensure interdepartmental communication for coordination and resolution of QC concerns.
Other duties and tasks as assigned related to QMS, Customer or Operations requirements.Skills
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel).
Strong organization and planning.
Teamwork skills. Attention to detail.
Self-motivated and capable of independent problem-solving.
