Job Title: Customer Service SpecialistPay: Depending On ExperienceWork hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as neededWhat you will be doing:
  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Dispatching Service Technicians and maintaining technician's daily schedules
  • Clear and concise communication with department managers, employees, company customers, and vendors
  • Keep customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead-times
  • Create special quotes as needed and obtain approval from the customer
  • Follow up with customers on estimates
  • Looking over/maintaining AR invoices and past due balances
  • Daily approval of timesheets
  • Daily reporting
  • Help maintain membership billing
  • Help manage warranty claims as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in customer service
  • Project coordinating, scheduling, or similar experience preferred
  • Highly customer focused and positive phone presence
  • Experience using Microsoft products, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Willing to learn
